Consistency Log

Many students have a hard time doing their best at all times during the day. They sometimes do a great job, and sometimes their work is not as good as it could be. You can do a self-check to find out how consistent you are during the day by filling out a Consistency Log.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. To start, fill in the chart with the day’s classes or activities.
  2. After each class or activity, mark the box that best describes how you did.
  • If you think you did a great job… check Great.
  • If you think you did a good job… check Good.
  • If you don’t think you did a good job…check Not So Good.
